By using this website or booking through J.A.M. Productions, you’re agreeing to the following terms. They’re straightforward, human, and designed so everyone knows what to expect.
Dates are officially reserved once we’ve confirmed everything in writing. Until then, the date is more of a “strong maybe” than a guarantee. Payment details, deposits, and logistics will always be clearly discussed before anything is finalized.
Sometimes life throws curveballs. Weather changes. Plans shift. Cancellation terms will be shared during booking, and any deposits are typically non-refundable unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.
J.A.M. Productions will arrive prepared, professional, and ready to do what we do best: play good music and make the room feel good.
The client is responsible for providing:
A safe space to perform
Reasonable access to power (if needed)
And for outdoor events, appropriate weather protection
If conditions become unsafe, we may pause or adjust. Music should feel good — not risky.
We sometimes capture photos or short video clips during performances for promotional use. If you’d rather not have your event featured, just let us know ahead of time — truly no big deal.
All music, recordings, photos, text, logos, and other content on this site belong to J.A.M. Productions. Please don’t copy or reuse anything without permission. We’re kind people — just ask.
This site exists to share information and make booking easier. While we do our best to keep everything accurate and up to date, occasional tech hiccups happen. (Computers have personalities too.)
